29 aprile 2023 Preghiamo insieme attraverso il Salmo 59 che è un grido di liberazione. Chiediamo a Dio questo dono per tutti gli oppressi e in modo particolare per Paolo e tutti i prigionieri

Salmo 59
1 Al maestro del coro. Su «Non distruggere». Di Davide. Quando Saul mandò uomini a sorvegliare la casa e ad ucciderlo.
2 Liberami dai nemici, mio Dio,
proteggimi dagli aggressori.
3 Liberami da chi fa il male,
salvami da chi sparge sangue.
4 Ecco, insidiano la mia vita,
contro di me si avventano i potenti.
Signore, non c’è colpa in me, non c’è peccato;
5 senza mia colpa accorrono e si appostano.
Svègliati, vienimi incontro e guarda.
6 Tu, Signore, Dio degli eserciti, Dio d’Israele,
lèvati a punire tutte le genti;
non avere pietà dei traditori.
7 Ritornano a sera e ringhiano come cani,
si aggirano per la città.
8 Ecco, vomitano ingiurie,
le loro labbra sono spade.
Dicono: «Chi ci ascolta?».
9 Ma tu, Signore, ti ridi di loro,
ti burli di tutte le genti.
10 A te, mia forza, io mi rivolgo:
sei tu, o Dio, la mia difesa.
11 La grazia del mio Dio mi viene in aiuto,
Dio mi farà sfidare i miei nemici.
12 Non ucciderli, perché il mio popolo non dimentichi,
disperdili con la tua potenza e abbattili,
Signore, nostro scudo.
13 Peccato è la parola delle loro labbra,
cadano nel laccio del loro orgoglio
per le bestemmie e le menzogne che pronunziano.
14 Annientali nella tua ira,
annientali e più non siano;
e sappiano che Dio domina in Giacobbe,
fino ai confini della terra.
15 Ritornano a sera e ringhiano come cani,
per la città si aggirano
16 vagando in cerca di cibo;
latrano, se non possono saziarsi.
17 Ma io canterò la tua potenza,
al mattino esalterò la tua grazia
perché sei stato mia difesa,
mio rifugio nel giorno del pericolo.
18 O mia forza, a te voglio cantare,
poiché tu sei, o Dio, la mia difesa,
tu, o mio Dio, sei la mia misericordia.
Psaume 59
1 Au chef des chantres, sur la mélodie de «Ne détruis pas». Hymne de David, lorsque Saül envoya cerner sa maison pour le faire mourir.
2 Mon Dieu, délivre-moi de mes ennemis,
protège-moi contre mes adversaires!
3 Délivre-moi de ceux qui commettent l’injustice
et sauve-moi des hommes sanguinaires,
4 car les voici aux aguets pour m’enlever la vie.
Des hommes puissants complotent contre moi
sans que je sois coupable, sans que j’aie péché, Eternel!
5 Malgré mon innocence ils accourent, prêts à m’attaquer.
Réveille-toi, viens vers moi et regarde!
6 Toi, Eternel, Dieu de l’univers, Dieu d’Israël,
lève-toi pour corriger toutes les nations,
ne fais grâce à aucun de ces traîtres impies! – Pause.
7 Ils reviennent chaque soir, ils hurlent comme des chiens,
ils font le tour de la ville.
8 De leur bouche ils font jaillir l’injure,
leurs paroles sont des épées.
Ils disent: «Qui est-ce qui entend?»
9 Mais toi, Eternel, tu te ris d’eux,
tu te moques de toutes les nations.
10 Toi qui es ma force, c’est en toi que j’espère,
car Dieu est ma forteresse.
11 Mon Dieu m’accueille dans sa bonté,
Dieu me fait contempler mes adversaires.
12 Ne les tue pas, sinon mon peuple les oublierait;
fais-les trembler par ta puissance et jette-les à bas,
Seigneur, notre bouclier!
13 Leur bouche pèche à chaque parole de leurs lèvres:
qu’ils soient pris dans leur propre orgueil!
Ils ne profèrent que malédictions et mensonges:
14 détruis-les, dans ta fureur, détruis-les, et qu’ils n’existent plus!
Qu’on sache que Dieu règne sur Jacob
jusqu’aux extrémités de la terre! – Pause.
15 Ils reviennent chaque soir, ils hurlent comme des chiens,
ils font le tour de la ville.
16 Ils errent çà et là, cherchant leur nourriture,
et ils passent la nuit sans être rassasiés.
17 Quant à moi, je chanterai ta force,
dès le matin je célébrerai ta bonté,
car tu es pour moi une forteresse,
un refuge quand je suis dans la détresse.
18 Toi qui es ma force, c’est pour toi que je veux chanter,
car Dieu, mon Dieu si bon, est ma forteresse.

Psalm 59
1 To the Chief Musician; [set to the tune of] “Do Not Destroy.” Of David, a record of memorable thoughts when Saul sent men to watch his house in order to kill him.
Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God; defend me from them that rise up against me.
2 Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men.
3 For lo, they lie in wait for my soul; the mighty are gathered against me, not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O LORD.
4 They run and prepare themselves though I am not at fault. Awake to help me, and behold!
5 Thou therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to visit all the heathen; be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah
6 They return at evening; they make a noise like a dog and go round about the city.
7 Behold, they belch out with their mouth; swords are in their lips; “For who,” say they, “doth hear?”
8 But Thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; Thou shalt hold all the heathen in derision.
9 Because of his strength, I will wait upon Thee; for God is my defense.
10 The God of my mercy shall go before me; God shall let me see my desire upon mine enemies.
11 Slay them not, lest my people forget; scatter them by Thy power and bring them down, O Lord our shield.
12 For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips, let them even be taken in their pride, and for the cursing and lying which they speak.
13 Consume them in wrath, consume them, that they may not be; and let them know that God ruleth in Jacob unto the ends of the earth. Selah
14 And at evening let them return, and let them make a noise like a dog and go round about the city.
15 Let them wander up and down for meat, and grumble if they be not satisfied.
16 But I will sing of Thy power, yea, I will sing aloud of Thy mercy in the morning; for Thou hast been my defense and refuge in the day of my trouble.
17 Unto Thee, O my Strength, will I sing; for God is my defense, and the God of my mercy.

مزمور ٥٩
١ لِقَائِدِ المُرَنِّمِينَ. عَلَى لَحنِ «لَا تُهلِكْ.» مِكتَامٌ لِدَاوُدَ عِنْدَمَا أرْسَلَ شَاوُلُ رِجَالًا لِيُرَاقِبُوا بَيْتَهُ وَيَقْتُلُوهُ.
إلَهِي، خَلِّصْنِي مِنْ أعْدَائِي!
انْصُرْنِي عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَقُومُونَ عَلَيَّ.
2 مِنْ فَاعِلِي الشَّرِّ أنقِذْنِي.
وَمِنَ القَتَلَةِ نَجِّنِي.
3 يُرِيدُونَ قَتلِي.
وَرِجَالٌ أشِدَّاءُ يُثِيرُونَ مَتَاعِبَ ضِدِّي.
وَأنَا لَمْ أفعَلْ إثمًا،
وَلَمْ أرتَكِبْ خَطِيَّةً، يَا اللهُ!
4 لَمْ أُخطِئْ، غَيْرَ أنَّهُمُ اندَفَعُوا نَحوِي،
استَعَدُّوا لِمُحَارَبَتِي.
قُمْ وَتَعَالَ إلَى عَونِي! انْظُرْ مَا يَجْرِي.
5 وَالْآنَ يَا اللهُ، أيُّهَا الإلَهُ القَدِيرُ،
أنْتَ إلَهُ إسْرَائِيلَ.
فَانْهَضْ وَحَاسِبْ هَذِهِ الشُّعُوبَ.
وَلَا تُظهِرْ رَحْمَةً لِلغَادِرِينَ. سِلَاهْ[a]
6 بِالخَفَاءِ يَأْتُونَ إلَى هُنَا مَسَاءً،
وَيَنْبَحُونَ كَزَمجَرَةِ كِلَابٍ تَهِيمُ فِي طُرُقَاتِ المَدِينَةِ.
7 اسْمَعهُمْ وَهُمْ يُطلِقُونَ إهَانَاتِهِمْ نُبَاحًا،
وَكَأنَّ ألسِنَتَهُمْ سُيُوفٌ.
وَيَقُولُونَ لِأنفُسِهِمْ: «مَنْ يَسْمَعُ؟»
8 لَكِنَّكْ تَضْحَكُ عَلَيْهِمْ يَا اللهُ،
تَسْخَرُ مِنْ كُلِّ الشُّعُوبِ.
9 وَسَأُرَنِّمُ لَكَ يَا اللهُ تَرَانِيمِي،
لِأنَّكَ قُوَّتِي، حِصْنِي المُرْتَفِعُ!
10 اللهُ يُحِبُّنِي وَيَتَقَدَّمُنِي فِي المَعْرَكَةِ.
وَسَيُرِينِي نَصرًا عَلَى أعْدَائِي.
11 لَا تَكْتَفِ بِقَتلِهِمْ، وَإلَّا نَسِيَ شَعْبِي مَنْ نَصَرَهُ.
شَتِّتْهُمْ بِقُوَّتِكَ يَا رَبَّنَا وَتُرسَنَا.
12 قَالُوا عَنْكَ كَذِبًا وَلَعَنُونَا فَأخطَأُوا.
فَعَاقِبْهُمْ بِهَذِهِ الأُمُورِ نَفْسِهَا!
وَلْيَكُنْ كِبرِيَاؤُهُمْ فَخًّا لَهُمْ!
13 أهْلِكْهُمْ فِي غَضَبِكَ!
أهْلِكْهُمْ إلَى أنْ يَفْنَوْا إلَى الأبَدِ!
عِنْدَئِذٍ سَيَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ أنَّ اللهَ هُوَ الحَاكِمُ فِي إسْرَائِيلَ. سِلَاهْ
14 سَيَعُودُ هَؤُلَاءِ عِنْدَ المَسَاءِ خِفيَةً،
وَسَيَنْبَحُونَ كَزُمرَةِ كِلَابٍ تَهِيمُ فِي شَوَارِعِ المَدِينَةِ.
15 يَطُوفُونَ بَحَثًا عَنْ طَعَامٍ،
لَكِنَّهُمْ لَنْ يَجِدُوا لَا طَعَامًا وَلَا مَكَانًا لِلمَبِيتِ.
16 أمَّا أنَا فَأُغَنِّي لِقُوَّتِكَ، وَأُرَنِّمُ فِي الصَّبَاحِ لِمَحَبَّتِكَ،
فَأنْتَ حِصْنِي المُرْتَفِعُ.
أنْتَ مَلْجَأي فِي يَوْمِ ضِيقِي.
17 يَا قُوَّتِي لَكَ سَأُرَنِّمُ،
لِأنَّكَ حِصْنِي المُرْتَفِعُ،
لِأنَّكَ إلَهِي المُحِبُّ.
