29 luglio 2020 sono trascorsi sette lunghi anni dal sequestro di Paolo a Raqqa, preghiamo per lui e per tutti gli scomparsi in Siria attraverso il Salmo 119

153 Res – Vedi la mia miseria e liberami,
perché non ho dimenticato la tua legge.
154 Difendi la mia causa e riscattami,
secondo la tua parola fammi vivere.
155 Lontano dagli empi è la salvezza,
perché non cercano il tuo volere.
156 Le tue misericordie sono grandi, Signore,
secondo i tuoi giudizi fammi vivere.
157 Sono molti i persecutori che mi assalgono,
ma io non abbandono le tue leggi.
158 Ho visto i traditori e ne ho provato ribrezzo,
perché non custodiscono la tua parola.
159 Vedi che io amo i tuoi precetti,
Signore, secondo la tua grazia dammi vita.
160 La verità è fondamento della tua parola,
ogni tuo giudizio dura in eterno.

161 Sin – I potenti mi perseguitano senza motivo,
ma il mio cuore teme le tue parole.
162 Io gioisco per la tua promessa,
come uno che trova grande tesoro.
163 Odio il falso e lo detesto,
amo la tua legge.
164 Sette volte al giorno io ti lodo
per le sentenze della tua giustizia.
165 Grande pace per chi ama la tua legge,
nel suo cammino non trova inciampo.
166 Aspetto da te la salvezza, Signore,
e obbedisco ai tuoi comandi.
167 Io custodisco i tuoi insegnamenti
e li amo sopra ogni cosa.
168 Osservo i tuoi decreti e i tuoi insegnamenti:
davanti a te sono tutte le mie vie.

169 Tau – Giunga il mio grido fino a te, Signore,
fammi comprendere secondo la tua parola.
170 Venga al tuo volto la mia supplica,
salvami secondo la tua promessa.
171 Scaturisca dalle mie labbra la tua lode,
poiché mi insegni i tuoi voleri.
172 La mia lingua canti le tue parole,
perché sono giusti tutti i tuoi comandamenti.
173 Mi venga in aiuto la tua mano,
poiché ho scelto i tuoi precetti.
174 Desidero la tua salvezza, Signore,
e la tua legge è tutta la mia gioia.
175 Possa io vivere e darti lode,
mi aiutino i tuoi giudizi.
176 Come pecora smarrita vado errando;
cerca il tuo servo,
perché non ho dimenticato i tuoi comandamenti.

Psaume 119 (Res-Sin-Tau)

153 Res – Vois ma misère, et délivre-moi! Car je n’oublie point ta loi.
154 Défends ma cause, et rachète-moi; Rends-moi la vie selon ta promesse!
155 Le salut est loin des méchants, Car ils ne recherchent pas tes statuts.
156 Tes compassions sont grandes, ô Seigneur! Rends-moi la vie selon tes jugements!
157 Mes persécuteurs et mes adversaires sont nombreux; Je ne m’écarte point de tes préceptes,
158 Je vois avec dégoût des traîtres Qui n’observent pas ta parole.
159 Considère que j’aime tes ordonnances: Seigneur, rends-moi la vie selon ta bonté!
160 Le fondement de ta parole est la vérité, Et toutes les lois de ta justice sont éternelles.
161 Sin – Des princes me persécutent sans cause; Mais mon coeur ne tremble qu’à tes paroles.
162 Je me réjouis de ta parole, Comme celui qui trouve un grand butin.
163 Je hais, je déteste le mensonge; J’aime ta loi.
164 Sept fois le jour je te célèbre, A cause des lois de ta justice.
165 Il y a beaucoup de paix pour ceux qui aiment ta loi, Et il ne leur arrive aucun malheur.
166 J’espère en ton salut, ô Seigneur! Et je pratique tes commandements.
167 Mon âme observe tes préceptes, Et je les aime beaucoup.
168 Je garde tes ordonnances et tes préceptes, Car toutes mes voies sont devant toi.
169 Tau – Que mon cri parvienne jusqu’à toi, ô Seigneur! Donne-moi l’intelligence, selon ta promesse!
170 Que ma supplication arrive jusqu’à toi! Délivre-moi, selon ta promesse!
171 Que mes lèvres publient ta louange! Car tu m’enseignes tes statuts.
172 Que ma langue chante ta parole! Car tous tes commandements sont justes.
173 Que ta main me soit en aide! Car j’ai choisi tes ordonnances.
174 Je soupire après ton salut, ô Seigneur! Et ta loi fait mes délices.
175 Que mon âme vive et qu’elle te loue! Et que tes jugements me soutiennent!
176 Je suis errant comme une brebis perdue; cherche ton serviteur, Car je n’oublie point tes commandements.

153 Res – Consider mine affliction and deliver me, for I do not forget Thy law.
154 Plead my cause and deliver me; quicken me according to Thy word.
155 Salvation is far from the wicked, for they seek not Thy statutes.
156 Great are Thy tender mercies, O Lord; quicken me according to Thy judgments.
157 Many are my persecutors and mine enemies, yet do I not depart from Thy testimonies.
158 I beheld the transgressors and was grieved, because they kept not Thy word.
159 Consider how I love Thy precepts; quicken me, O Lord, according to Thy lovingkindness.
160 Thy word is true from the beginning, and every one of Thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
161 Sin – Princes have persecuted me without cause, but my heart standeth in awe of Thy word.
162 I rejoice at Thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
163 I hate and abhor lying, but Thy law do I love.
164 Seven times a day do I praise Thee, because of Thy righteous judgments.
165 Great peace have they that love Thy law, and nothing shall cause them to fall.
166 Lord, I have hoped for Thy salvation and have done Thy commandments.
167 My soul hath kept Thy testimonies, and I love them exceedingly.
168 I have kept Thy precepts and Thy testimonies, for all my ways are before Thee.
169 Tau – Let my cry come near before Thee, O Lord; give me understanding according to Thy word.
170 Let my supplication come before Thee; deliver me according to Thy word.
171 My lips shall utter praise when Thou hast taught me Thy statutes.
172 My tongue shall speak of Thy word, for all Thy commandments are righteousness.
173 Let Thine hand help me, for I have chosen Thy precepts.
174 I have longed for Thy salvation, O Lord, and Thy law is my delight.
175 Let my soul live, and it shall praise Thee; and let Thy judgments help me.

مزمور ١١٩ (١٥٣-١٧٦)

153 انظُرْ إلَى مُعاناتِي وَأنقِذْنِي،
لأنِّي لَمْ أنسَ تَعالِيمَكَ.
154 حارِبْ حَربِي وَافدِنِي.
أَحيِنِي بِحَسَبِ كَلِمَتِكَ.
155 بَعِيدٌ هُوَ الخَلاصُ عَنِ الأشرارِ
لأنَّهُمْ لا يُحاوِلُونَ حَتَّى أنْ يُطِيعُوا شَرائِعَكَ.
156 عَظِيمَةٌ هِيَ مَراحِمُكَ يا اللهُ،
فَأحْيِنِي بِعَدلِكَ.
157 أعداءٌ كَثِيرُونَ يَضطَهِدُونَنِي،
أمّا أنا فَلَمْ أضِلَّ عَنْ عَهدِكَ.
158 أرَى الخَوَنَةَ الَّذِينَ لا يَحفَظُونَ كَلِمَتَكَ،
فَأرفُضُهُمْ!
159 انظُرْ كَمْ أحبَبتُ وَصاياكَ.
فَأحْيِنِي حَسَبَ رَحمَتِكَ.
160 مُنذُ البَدءِ كَلامُكَ يُتَّكَلُ عَلَيهِ،
وَأحكامُكَ العادِلَةُ إلَى الأبَدِ مَوثُوقَةٌ!

161 بِلا سَبَبٍ هاجَمَنِي قادَةٌ أقوِياءُ،
أمّا أنا فَلا أخافُ إلّا وَصاياكَ.
162 تُفَرِّحُنِي كَلِمَتُكَ،
كَما يَفرَحُ مَنْ وَجَدَ كَنْزاً عَظِيماً.
163 الأكاذِيبَ أُبغِضُها وَأحتَقِرُها،
أمّا تَعالِيمُكَ فَأُحِبُّها.
164 سَبعَ مَرّاتٍ فِي اليَومِ
أُسَبِّحُكَ عَلَى أحكامِكَ المُنصِفَةِ.
165 يَنعَمُ مُحِبُّو تَعالِيمِكَ بِسَلامٍ عَظِيمٍ،
وَما مِنْ شَيءٍ يَهزِمُهُمْ.
166 خَلاصَكَ، يا اللهُ، أنتَظِرُ،
وَبِما أمَرْتَ أعمَلُ.
167 عَهدَكَ حَفِظتُهُ،
وَأنا كَثِيراً أُحِبُّهُ.
168 حَفِظتُ وَصاياكَ وَعَهدَكَ،
وَها حَياتِي مَكشُوفَةٌ أمامَكَ.

169 لَيتَكَ، يا اللهُ، تَنتَبِهُ إلَى تَرنِيمَتِي الفَرِحَةِ.
أعطِنِي فَهماً كَوَعدِكَ.
170 لَيتَكَ تَنتَبِهُ إلَى صَلاتِي.
أنقِذْنِي بِحَسَبِ وَعدِكَ.
171 تَفِيضُ شَفَتايَ بِتَرانِيمِ التَّسبِيحِ،
لأنَّكَ تُعَلِّمُنِي شَرائِعَكَ.
172 أعِنِّي فَاسْتَجِيبَ لِكَلامِكَ،
فَكُلُّ وَصاياكَ صائِبَةٌ.
173 تَهَيَّأْ لِمَعُونَتِي
لأنِّي اختَرتُ أنْ أُطِيعَ وَصاياكَ.
174 شَوقِي هُوَ إلَى خَلاصِكَ يا اللهُ.
وَبِتَعلِيمِكَ أتَلَذَّذُ.
175 أحْيِنِي فَتُسَبِّحَكَ نَفسِي.
فَرائِضُكَ عَونِي.
176 إنْ تُهتُ كَخَرُوفٍ ضالٍّ،
فَتَعالَ يا اللهُ، وَجِدْ عَبدَكَ،
فَأنا لَمْ أنْسَ وَصاياكَ.
